Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional for our Birmingham, AL area NAPA Auto Parts Stores. You will help customers with heavy-duty parts questions and needs, share knowledge on part features, benefits, and warranties, and assist in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with teammates while maintaining a professional appearance and conduct.

Qualifications

• Heavy Duty Parts knowledge/experience required.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS.
• Passion for delivering Customer Care.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS.

Qualifications

• Know How – Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
