Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional in Alabama. You will assist customers with heavy-duty parts questions, share knowledge on features and warranties, and help in fast-paced retail environments.

Experience with heavy-duty parts catalogs or inventory systems is a plus; ASE certification adds value. A strong focus on customer care and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Know How -- Heavy Duty Parts Knowledge and/or Experience.
• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification is a PLUS
• Passion for delivering Customer Care
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Motivated to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive and have fun in a Busy, Fast-Paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Heavy-Duty Parts Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUS
