Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking an IBP Supply Manager in Bloomington, MN, to establish and maintain the master production schedule aligned with Sales and Operations planning. You will collaborate with demand planning, operations, sourcing, and production sites to balance demand and supply and optimize inventory.

Responsibilities include leading long-range and integrated tactical planning, identifying capacity gaps, and driving data-driven improvements using SAP IBP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Demand Planning, Master Scheduling and production scheduling, Inventory management and analytics.
• SAP knowledge is a must.
• Experience in leading projects, plant transfers and new product introduction.
• APICS certification desirable.
• Ability to present build plans and templates for executives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the master production schedule in alignment with the S&OP plan.
• Coordinate with demand planning, operations, material planning, sourcing, and production sites.
• Conduct scenario planning to balance demand and supply and optimize inventory.
• Lead ISC planning strategies for manufacturing sites and develop long-range plans.
