Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking an IBP Supply Manager to establish and maintain the master production schedule in alignment with Sales, Inventory, and Operations planning. You will collaborate with demand planning, material planners, sourcing, and production sites to coordinate manufacturing plans.

You will lead ISC planning strategies, develop long-range and integrated tactical plans, provide capacity data, and ensure schedules meet forecasted demand while optimizing inventory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Demand Planning, Master Scheduling and production scheduling.
• Experience in inventory management and analytics.
• APICS certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the master production schedule aligned with the consensus plan.
• Balance demand and supply while optimizing inventory and mitigating volatility.
• Lead ISC planning strategies for manufacturing sites and divisions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to meet forecasts.
• Provide capacity data and maintain IBP data for planning tools.
