Job summary

The Toro Company, a Minnesota-based leader in landscape equipment, seeks an experienced Demand Planning professional to balance supply and demand across multiple sites. You will partner with sales, marketing, and ISC teams to optimize inventory, plans, and capacity over a 24-36 month horizon.

Responsibilities include leading SIOP processes, maintaining planning data, and driving data-based decisions with cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Demand Planning, Master Scheduling and production scheduling, Inventory management and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Balance demand and supply through scenario planning and optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to stabilize schedules and meet customer demand.
• Lead ISC planning strategies for manufacturing sites and drive long-range planning.
• Maintain capacity data and load 36-month plans in planning tools.
• Produce monthly production volume plans using forecasts, inventory and orders.
• Track order progression to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Document and maintain standard processes and best practices.
