Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Strategy and Business Process Analyst to partner with the Senior Manager to shape how we work and decisions. This remote role prefers East Coast coverage, supporting IBP analytics, dashboard development, and cross-functional data governance.

You will craft dashboards for IBP/PMO, provide regular analyses, and drive data-driven decisions across finance, supply chain, and marketing. Collaboration and independent drive are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of cross-functional data analysis, BI, or IBP/S&OP experience.
• High proficiency in SQL, Excel (PowerQuery/PowerPivot), and PowerBI.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reporting for the CLS line, including IBP and PMO.
• Provide regular IBP reports and analyses.
• Improve processes by analyzing datasets and creating visualizations leading to actionable insights.
• Support strategic projects with analytics across functions (supply chain, commercial, service, marketing, finance).
• Drive data governance to ensure a single set of numbers across forums.
