Job summary

Slalom seeks a seasoned Consultant to join its Global Supply Chain practice in the United States. You will deliver supply chain projects across industries, guiding IBP and S&OP initiatives while partnering with clients to transform business models through analytics and emerging technologies.

You will diagnose issues using data, interviews and workshops, and help realize value quickly through cross-disciplinary execution in analytics, technology, process and operating model design.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
• IBP and S&OP experience required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Planning, Logistics/ Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage initiatives related to IBP and S&OP.
• Partner with clients to innovate and transform business models using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Use data, interviews and workshops to diagnose and deliver value and improve operating margin.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design to create holistic solutions.
• Work independently or as part of a team, mentoring others as needed.
• Build client knowledge, credibility and long-term relationships at all levels.
