Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Strategy and Business Process Analyst for a remote role with a preference for East Coast. You will partner with the Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Processes to shape work methods, advance analytical capabilities within Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and empower leaders with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields
• 3–5 years of cross-functional data analysis, business intelligence or IBP/S&OP environments
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel (PowerQuery/PowerPivot), and data visualization tools (PowerBI)
• Highly organized with analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to present ideas to diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate across functions and travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reporting capabilities to support the CLS Business line, including IBP and PMO
• Provide regular reports and analyses on IBP topics
• Analyze complex datasets; create visualizations and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Support strategic projects with analytical input across supply chain, commercial, service, marketing, and finance
• Drive data governance to ensure a single set of numbers across forums
• Engage cross-functionally to identify, collate, and integrate data sources for insights and scenario planning
• Fulfill ad-hoc requests supporting IBP, strategic projects and other processes
