Job summary

Slalom seeks a results-driven Supply Chain Consultant in the United States to lead and deliver projects across industry sectors. You will drive IBP and S&OP initiatives, partner with clients to transform business models, and apply analytics and emerging technologies to improve operating margins.

The role emphasizes independent and team contributions, mentoring, and building lasting client relationships while leveraging Excel, Tableau, and BI tools to communicate insights clearly.

Qualifications

• Prior consulting background is highly preferred for Senior Consultant+ levels.
• IBP and S&OP required.
• Experience in one or more areas: Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer experiences using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Use interviews, workshops and data insights to diagnose problems and deliver value quickly.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design.
• Work independently or as a team member and mentor others to ensure project delivery.
• Build client knowledge and long-term relationships at all levels.
