Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Strategy and Business Process Analyst to partner with the Senior Manager of Strategy and Business Processes. This remote role (East Coast preference) focuses on advancing analytical capabilities within Integrated Business Planning (IBP), enabling data-driven decisions across multiple functions.

The role drives dashboards, reporting, and process improvements, supporting strategic projects and governance of a single numbers set across IBP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data analytics, supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of cross-functional data analysis or IBP/S&OP experience.
• Strong SQL, Excel and data visualization proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and reporting for Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and PMO.
• Provide regular IBP-focused reports and analyses.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Govern data consistency across IBP with a single set of numbers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data sources for scenario planning.
• Handle ad-hoc requests supporting IBP and strategic projects.
