Job summary

Arclin seeks an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Leader to establish and govern the company’s IBP backbone. You will drive the transition from traditional S&OP to a fully integrated framework, linking demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial perspectives across the organization.

You will collaborate with commercial, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and finance to ensure a clear 24-month planning horizon and executive-ready decision Support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years leading S&OP/IBP, demand planning, or related planning processes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the IBP process with a monthly planning cadence.
• Design and manage the IBP calendar, including demand and supply reviews and executive meetings.
• Consolidate inputs into a 24-month enterprise plan aligning commercial, supply, operations, and finance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align forecasts, capacity, and financial objectives.
• Lead the financial reconciliation process and resolve planning gaps across functions.
• Develop scenarios to clarify revenue, margin, service, inventory, and capacity tradeoffs.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready materials and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive adoption of governance standards and change management for the IBP process.
