Job summary

Slalom seeks a Senior Consultant to drive supply chain projects across industries, focusing on IBP and S&OP initiatives and leveraging analytics and emerging technologies to transform client operations.

You will partner with clients, lead workshops, and deliver insights that improve margins and customer experiences, with opportunities to mentor others and grow within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
• IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) experience is required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel depending on client needs and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support, guide and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer experiences using analytics and emerging technologies.
• Diagnose and solve problems affecting operating margin using data and workshops.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design for holistic solutions.
• Work independently or as part of a team to ensure project delivery.
