Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking an IBP Solutions Manager to ensure system enhancements are adopted and governance rules are defined. You will align configurations with global standards and support global operations with process continuity.

You’ll lead cross-functional projects, coordinate testing, and improve data flow across ERP and planning systems, while coaching SMEs to strengthen system and process expertise.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years enabling advanced supply chain systems.
Experience with global/regional SCM and governance models.
Familiar with lean and agile techniques; PM/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain expert knowledge of regional supply chain systems to support data flow.
Provide SME guidance to operations to ensure production continuity.
Monitor system functionality, coordinate testing, and resolve issues.
Drive system adoption, identify gaps, and improve process engagement.
Document configurations and troubleshoot interfaces across platforms.
Lead major system enhancements with IT and stakeholders, coaching SMEs.
