Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Administrator/Analyst in Charlotte to support the monthly IBP process by developing a clear, quantified demand plan. You’ll work with Commercial, Supply, Operations, and Finance to translate inputs into forecast data and maintain the forecast with rigor and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with SharePoint, ERP, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand-planning activities within the monthly IBP cycle and support calendar.
• Partner with Commercial stakeholders to understand demand drivers and timing.
• Translate inputs into a time-phased demand forecast and maintain records in the S&OP site.
• Own and maintain the demand assumptions file with up-to-date rationale and actions.
• Validate forecast submissions for completeness and reasonableness with stakeholders.
• Analyze prior-cycle changes and forecast accuracy to support planning decisions.
• Prepare and present demand insights during reviews and drive cross-functional alignment.
