Job summary

Slalom is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Technology Consultant to help clients transform their supply chains through analytics, technology and innovative operating models. You will work across disciplines to diagnose problems and deliver holistic, value-driven solutions.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive margin improvements, implement IBP and S&OP initiatives, and mentor others on project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
• IBP and S&OP experience or exposure are required.
• Experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing/Procurement, Planning, Logistics or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors.
• Support and manage IBP and S&OP initiatives.
• Partner with clients to transform business models and customer experiences using analytics and emerging tech.
• Diagnose problems using data, interviews and workshops to drive margin improvement.
• Execute across analytics, technology, process and operating model design.
• Mentor consultants and build client relationships across levels.
