Job summary

Constellation Brands’ Integrated Business Planning and Execution (IBP&E) internship offers training, project work, and rotations across planning & execution within the Beer Supply Chain. You’ll support process improvements, KPI development, and digital initiatives while gaining experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, and Customer Management.

You will work under IBP&E Managers and Directors, participating in weekly tasks and projects designed to build cross-functional skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Must have completed junior year of bachelor’s program with anticipated graduation in 2028.
Pursuing degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics; minimum GPA 3.0.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Strong analytical skills, skilled in Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of presentation software.

Responsibilities

Support IBP&E team on planning and execution process improvement projects.
Assist with KPI development and tracking.
Contribute to digital transformation activities and process improvements.
Gain experience across Demand Planning, Network Supply Planning, New Product Introduction Planning, S&OP, S&OE, Deployment and Customer Management.
