  • Must have completed junior year of bachelor’s program with anticipated graduation in 2028.
  • Pursuing degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics; minimum GPA 3.0.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Strong analytical skills, skilled in Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of presentation software.

Responsibilities

  • Support IBP&E team on planning and execution process improvement projects.
  • Assist with KPI development and tracking.
  • Contribute to digital transformation activities and process improvements.
  • Gain experience across Demand Planning, Network Supply Planning, New Product Introduction Planning, S&OP, S&OE, Deployment and Customer Management.

Job Description The Integrated Business Planning and Execution (IBP&E) team Intern’s internship will consist of training, project work and rotational experiences to learn about various areas across the planning & execution functions within the Beer Supply Chain, as well as its relations with the broader beer organization. This Intern will support the IBP&E team on various planning and execution process improvement projects, digital transformation activities, KPI development and tracking, as well as gain relevant experience from various IBP&E roles day to day functions, inclusive of Demand Planning, Network Supply Planning, New Product Introduction Planning, S&OP, S&OE, Deployment and Customer Management. The IBP&E Intern will be exposed to aspects of Integrated Business Planning and fulfillment processes through a weekly organized schedule of tasks, project work that is managed by the supervisor, with guidance from the IBP&E Managers and Directors.

Qualifications
  • Must have completed junior year of bachelor’s program and have anticipated graduation date in 2028
  • Pursuing degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Logistics Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
