Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Orlando seeks a Technical Program Lead & Solution Architect for IBM Maximo. You will define asset management strategies, architect MAS solutions, and lead large-scale transformations for global clients.

The role requires hands-on MAS configuration, system integrations, and cloud transformation leadership, with a focus on delivering business outcomes. Strong governance and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of combined business and technical experience.
Proven end‑to‑end IBM Maximo MAS implementations from planning through go‑live.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, implementation, and support of IBM Maximo/MAS solutions.
Drive EAM strategy, enterprise integrations, cloud deployments, and data governance.
Oversee data migration, system integrations (ERP, GIS, HR, Finance, IoT).
Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and best practices.
Manage large-scale EAM transformation programs, including planning and budgeting.
