Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services Limited in North Chicago, IL is seeking a Lead to drive IBM Maximo MAS delivery from discovery through post-production support. Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
- Experience with IBM Maximo MAS and ITSM.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IBM Maximo MAS delivery from discovery to post-production support.
- Translate EAM and ITSM requirements into scalable Maximo solutions and roadmaps.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage priorities and quality.
- Design and oversee integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems.
- Lead workflow automation and process improvements for asset and service management.
- Oversee production support and release coordination.
- Support Maximo upgrades and continuous improvement while ensuring readiness.
