Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in Dallas seeks a corporate banking professional to partner with leadership, evaluate current processes, and develop strategies to improve operations while driving measurable results. You will prepare senior executive presentations and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

You will also manage financial reporting, plan annual goals, and track progress using company data sources, ensuring timely delivery of projects and effective stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of banking/financial services experience; Investment/Corporate Banking preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to synthesize data, identify improvements, and drive actions.
• Strong communication skills with executive presence and cross-level interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with leadership team in evaluating current processes/functions, develop strategies to improve, and be accountable to drive changes.

Develop and deliver senior executive presentations that clearly convey complex information and strategic plans while prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Help assist with coordinating management/meeting routines across the Corporate & Investment Bank; attend meetings, track actions, and follow-up to completion.

Coordinate with the Sales Enablement and Finance & Business Management teams to complete required business unit financial reporting and business management deliverables.

Coordinate planning of annual goals and manage routines to track progress throughout the year utilizing company data sources.

Partners closely with Project Management Office to ensure timely delivery of business unit related projects/programs (as applicable).

Coordinate across stakeholders and assist in preparing materials for: Quarterly Business Reviews; Operating Committee meetings; Risk Committee meetings; Special Project Meetings; and Other key stakeholder meetings.

Coordinate employee communications and engagement efforts such as town halls and weekly meetings.

Manage adherence to compliance efforts according to company-wide standards (business continuity, records retention, etc.).

Other ad-hoc duties as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in banking/financial services; prefer experience working in Investment Banking or Corporate Banking.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations with an ability to quickly resolve issues and deliver on expectations.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear and articulate communicator who can interact across levels of the organization and markets with executive presence.
• Ability to synthesize data and identify areas for improvement, challenge, recommend and drive actions.
• Ability to prioritize requests and workload accordingly to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive planning skills with meticulous attention to detail, follow up, and execution.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
