Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is seeking an IATF System Administrator to support the Quality Management System across North America locations, including LCA audits. The role includes planning, audits, training, and driving corrective actions for warehouse-related customer issues.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in ISO 9001 or IATF audits, familiarity with AIAG Core Tools, and the ability to work independently in a distributed manufacturing and logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with Trelborg Sealing Solutions or as ISO 9001 internal auditor.
• IATF 16949:2015 auditor certification is a plus.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Experience reading part drawings and specifications.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing or lean environments is a plus.
• Proficient in root cause analysis methodologies (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D).

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, development and maintenance of IATF documentation for annual audits.
• Manage internal product and process audits through weekly SCM LCA audits.
• Provide training and answer inquiries on documentation collection.
• Support investigations and corrective actions for LCA warehouse issues.
• Perform dock audits for assigned customers to support defect containment.
• Collect and prepare data for end-of-month quality metrics and site performance.
• Support poke-yoke and mistake-proofing initiatives.
• Apply statistical analyses to site performance metrics.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Work independently and meet deadlines.
