Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7–10 years of ISO 9001 quality systems experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results to customer expectations.
• Lean Six Sigma training is desired and applied problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to assess product compliance and communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality-related activities across QA, inspection, material testing, auditing, document control, and quality planning.
• Maintain and improve the QMS to ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, Nadcap, ASTM and customer requirements.
• Develop and deliver quality training on root cause analysis, error proofing, 8D problem solving and CI tools.
• Serve as technical point of contact on the production floor, guiding improvements and verifying effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process capability assessments and risk evaluations.
• Act as primary customer interface for quality matters including corrective actions and audits.
• Support continuous improvement of site certifications (AS9100, ISO14001, ISO45001) to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department needs.
