Job summary

Green Home Solutions of Asheville is hiring a Sales Representative & Client Relations Coordinator to diagnose mold and air quality issues, close deals, and own the customer relationship from first contact to job completion. This is a field-based role with office scheduling and a base plus commission structure.

You’ll build trust with homeowners, gather on-site data for estimates, and work with realtors and inspectors to drive referrals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required; background in home construction is a plus.
• Able to work in crawlspaces and challenging field conditions.
• Strong communicator who explains mold/air quality in plain language.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home inspections to assess mold, moisture, and air quality issues.
• Gather data on-site for accurate project estimates.
• Present solutions clearly to homeowners; address stress and health concerns.
• Close sales and manage the pipeline from lead to signed contract.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate job prep with crews.
• Build referral relationships with realtors and inspectors.
• Collect payments for mold testing, inspections, and deposits.
