Job summary

Green Home Solutions of the Twin Cities in Blaine, MN is seeking a Mold/IAQ Inspector - Technical Sales for a full-time role. You will inspect homes, diagnose mold/air quality issues, and close jobs with a consultative sales approach.

Base pay plus uncapped commissions with training and development support. You’ll build quotes, explain findings to homeowners, and manage the full sales cycle while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years performing home inspections, mold inspections, or related restoration inspections.
• Experience with fire, water, or other restoration inspections is valued.
• CRIE certification preferred; IAQ certifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home inspections for mold and indoor air quality issues.
• Evaluate investigations and identify potential risks.
• Write clear inspection reports with next steps.
• Build quotes and walk clients through recommended solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closed job.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Deliver a client experience that earns trust and referrals.
