Zusammenfassung

N-iX is building a federated IAM capability and seeks a senior leader to own end-to-end IAM transformation across portfolio companies. You will lead a small team, define the operating model, and drive platform delivery with governance and compliance as core outcomes.

You will manage the programme from design to production, ensure application onboarding and maintain the control set, while reporting to senior stakeholders and shaping the maturity trajectory of group IAM.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in IAM, information security, governance or risk with lead/ownership exposure.
• Experience building IAM or control functions where none existed.
• Delivery of at least one end-to-end IGA platform implementation with vendor management.
• Experience leading mixed teams of analysts and engineers across governance and delivery.
• Ability to run a programme as its own project with no PMO.
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level.

Aufgaben

• Lead a project team of IAM analysts and integration engineers, setting priorities and standards.
• Own delivery of the IAM platform: scope, plan, milestones, budget and dependencies.
• Direct partners and managed services alongside internal capacity.
• Translate IAM requirements into platform configurations and resolve conflicts.
• Onboard applications, define sequencing, testing and cutover.
• Manage licence metrics, counts and change control.
• Report progress, risks and decisions to steering and executives.
• Maintain IAM policies, standards and TOC across the group.
