Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America in Irvine, CA is seeking an Engineering Systems Administrator III – IAM to design, implement, and maintain the IAM infrastructure while ensuring secure access to enterprise systems and data. The role emphasizes identity lifecycle, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and integration with Azure AD/Active Directory alongside third‑party IAM tools.

The position requires collaboration with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application teams to design and support identity governance initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent of 5-7+ years experience in position with similar responsibilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Collaborative, team player who is willing to assist users with their tasks when needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identity Lifecycle Management including administering IAM platforms (Entra ID/Azure AD, AD) and RBAC models.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and certifications.
• Implement SSO, MFA, and privileged account management; support PAM initiatives.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Owners to design identity governance and access control frameworks.
• Develop and maintain IAM documentation, configurations, and disaster recovery procedures.
