Qualifications

• Experience: 12 years of progressive IAM, cybersecurity, or related tech disciplines, including enterprise IAM strategy and transformation.
• 8+ years leading high-performing teams, managing budgets and vendors, and influencing executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IAM security, risk, compliance and identity governance programs across the enterprise.
• Define enterprise IAM architecture, standards and roadmaps; drive modernization through automation and standardization.
• Lead and develop a high-performance IAM organization; establish roles, accountability and career growth.
• Establish operations models, SLAs, incident/change management, DR and business continuity capabilities.
• Develop IAM strategy for AI, intelligent automation and emerging identity technologies with governance.
• Manage IAM budgets, staffing plans, vendor relationships and multi-year investments.
