Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union in Raleigh, NC seeks a Sr. Security Engineer - IAM to drive the design, development, and advancement of SECU's IAM program.

You will serve as SME and technical lead, focusing on PAM, SSO, IGA, MFA, AD, CIAM, and other IAM technologies to strengthen security and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of IAM experience or related field.
• Experience implementing or supporting PAM, SSO, IGA, CIAM, MFA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and maintenance of IAM security solutions including deployment planning, change management, and documentation.
• Configure and tune IAM security tools; evaluate vendor offerings to improve security responsiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation, reduce costs, and increase service quality.
• Support governance and compliance efforts with assessments and remediation activities.
• Participate in on-call rotation and mentor junior engineers.
