Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Identity & Access Management professional to protect mainframe systems and data. You will manage RACF security profiles, implement rules, and respond to security incidents in a high‑visibility role.

You will collaborate with audit and compliance teams, support mainframe upgrades, and drive automation initiatives while operating within a fast‑paced, in‑office environment in Boston.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mainframe security administration/engineering (RACF)
• 3+ years IAM experience
• Working knowledge of the z/OS mainframe environment
• Experience with add-on security managers (zSecure/Vanguard)
• Experience with TSO/ISPF
• Experience with JCL, CARLa, and/or REXX
• Experience with USS Security
• Utilizing AI for process improvement/automation
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain RACF security profiles for users, groups, datasets and resources
• Update RACF rules to align with policies and compliance
• Troubleshoot security incidents and on-call support
• Support during mainframe upgrades, migrations, and DR tests
• Develop and maintain process documentation
• Identify automation opportunities and deploy solutions
• Collaborate with audit/compliance teams to ensure IAM standards
