Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mainframe security administration in a RACF environment.
• 3+ years of IAM experience.
• Working knowledge of the z/OS mainframe environment.
• Experience with add-on security managers (zSecure/Vanguard).
• Familiarity with TSO/ISPF, JCL/REXX, and USS Security.
• Experience using AI for process improvement/automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer RACF security profiles for users, groups, datasets and resources.
• Implement, review, and update RACF rules to align with security policies.
• Analyze security incidents and provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Support mainframe upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery tests.
• Develop and maintain process and procedural documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and design/deploy solutions.
• Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to uphold IAM standards.
