Job summary

Dal-Tile Corporation, a leading tile and stone manufacturer in the United States, is seeking a Manager of Security Administration to lead IAM programs and SOX compliance across the enterprise. The role collaborates with IT and business teams to design IAM solutions and implement lifecycle processes.

You will guide the development and integration of IAM tools (SAP GRC, CSI Tools, Azure AD) and provide mentorship to security staff, while aligning with corporate policies and risk management goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in a directly related field (e.g., CIS, CS, IT, Software Eng).
• 8 years IAM experience including SOX compliance and enterprise policy governance.
• 8 years of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• 8 years with SAP GRC, CSI Tools, and IAM platforms.
• 3 years of IAM/IT security leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage IAM policies, standards, and procedures across all Dal-Tile systems.
• Oversee IAM SOX compliance for user provisioning, role design, and SoD.
• Implement and maintain identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers).
• Lead dashboards for access control, aging tickets, and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement IAM solutions.
• Lead development and integration of identity-related tools (SAP GRC, CSI Tools, Azure AD).
• Guide developers and security analysts on IAM best practices.
• Contribute to departmental strategy and goals for security and compliance.
