Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a Manager of Identity & Access Management Operations based onsite in Dallas, TX. You will lead day-to-day IAM services across enterprise platforms, align with security/compliance requirements, and drive improvements with a team of engineers and analysts.

The role requires 6–10 years in IAM or cybersecurity, hands-on experience with SSO/MFA/IGA/PAM, and a track record in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity, or IT security operations.
• Proven experience managing IAM operations in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting platforms that deliver SSO, MFA, IGA, and/or PAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily IAM services operations, including provisioning and access reviews.
• Mentor a team of IAM engineers and analysts, including offshore resources.
• Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics are met to maintain service quality.
