Job summary

Responsibilities

Own and manage IAM policies, standards, and procedures across all Dal-Tile systems.
Oversee SOX compliance for user provisioning, role design, and segregation of duties.
Implement and maintain identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers).
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement IAM solutions.
Lead development and integration of identity-related tools (SAP GRC, CSI Tools, Azure AD).
