Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Security Manager specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead governance, SOX controls, and IAM program improvements. You will work with stakeholders to enhance identity controls, lifecycle processes, and privileged access management, driving security and compliance within the organization.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on IAM expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk, strong communication, and a process-improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information security, CS, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in security policy, governance, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and PAM.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IAM controls aligned with SOX compliance requirements.
• Evaluate identity governance and access management processes and recommend improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen security controls and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and enhance security policies, methodologies, and procedures.
• Support identity lifecycle management, including provisioning and entitlement management.
• Contribute to SSO, MFA, PAM, and identity governance initiatives.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams on security objectives.
• Provide guidance within projects and cross-functional initiatives.
