Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation seeks an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and day‑to‑day execution of IAM across SAP Security and Entra ID Gover­nance. Lead a hybrid team, partner with HRIS, Audit, and enterprise leadership to advance identity, access governance, and zero-trust controls.

The role covers joiner/mover/leaver automation, access certification, and audit readiness, ensuring regulatory compliance and enterprise-wide least-privilege access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent information systems experience.
• 10+ years IAM in large enterprises with SAP Security expertise.
• Experience leading outsourced/onsite IAM teams under SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead hybrid IAM team with in-house and outsourced SAP Security admins.
• Own multi-year IAM roadmap aligned to Zero Trust.
• Oversee SAP Security across ECC/S/4HANA and GRC; manage SoD and patches.
