Job summary

You will oversee large-scale access certification campaigns, partner with HR and business teams, and drive governance across privileged access.

The role requires collaboration, strong knowledge of IAM processes (JLT, RBAC, SoD), and experience managing offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Security, or related field.
• 3+ years in information security or IAM.
• Knowledge of IAM processes: JLT, RBAC, certifications, privileged access, SoD.
• Experience leading or supporting access certification campaigns.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to document requirements and drive improvements.
• Familiarity with SOX, GLBA, FFIEC, and PCI in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale access certification campaigns and reviews.
• Drive privileged access governance and SoD controls.
• Partner with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, infrastructure, and applications teams.
• Document business and technical requirements and drive process improvements.
• Lead offshore teams in IAM operations and monitoring.
