Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Manager, Security Analytics & Operations (Certification) within the Office of the CISO to lead IAM operations and access governance across the enterprise. You will oversee large-scale access certification campaigns, support HR-driven reviews, and drive privileged access governance with partners in cybersecurity, risk, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, IAM, or related disciplines (3+ years).
Knowledge of IAM processes including JLT, RBAC, access certifications, privileged access governance, and SoD.
Experience leading or supporting access certification campaigns and governance controls.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to document requirements and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Oversee large-scale access certification campaigns and HR-driven review events.
Drive privileged access governance activities and advance certification capabilities.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, infrastructure, and applications teams to ensure effective controls.
Lead offshore teams and monitor key IAM operations to strengthen security posture.
