Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation in Phoenix is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to shape and govern CASB and SSPM programs. You will set security strategy for cloud and SaaS, influence architecture, and partner with engineering, risk, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity, cloud security, or security engineering experience including hands-on SaaS/cloud environments.
• Demonstrated expertise with CASB, SSPM, and cloud security technologies, including architecture, governance, risk management, and control implementation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security frameworks, regulatory requirements, and audit, compliance, risk management initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives with engineering, risk, audit, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Leadership for CASB & SSPM platforms, ensuring secure adoption of cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Drive Cloud and SaaS Security Governance with enterprise standards, onboarding frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Manage Security Risk and Posture Improvement initiatives through automation, monitoring, and remediation.
• Partner Across the Enterprise to strengthen security outcomes with engineering, risk, audit, and compliance teams.
