Job summary
Charles Schwab in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, Cyber Risk Insights to lead a team that develops, sustains, and matures executive-ready risk insights across cyber and technology risk. You will shape metric strategy, dashboards, analytics practices, data quality, and reporting narratives to enable consistent, risk-informed decision making.
The role requires partnering with STS leadership, technology, risk, compliance, and audit teams to improve visibility of risk trends and control
Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology risk management or related first- or second-line disciplines.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of risk indicators, dashboards, and reporting.
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO, COBIT, and other standards.
- Experience building executive-ready risk insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team delivering cyber risk insights and dashboards.
- Define and improve KPI indicators, data standards, and reporting aligned to enterprise risk.
- Oversee data collection, validation, and analysis to identify trends and risks.
- Establish centralized, executive-ready risk dashboards and narratives.
- Collaborate with risk, technology, audit, and business partners to improve metric quality.
