Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks an IAM Security Analyst II to administer enterprise identity lifecycle, governance, and access control using IGA, PAM, and Microsoft Entra. You will drive onboarding, RBAC, provisioning, and secure operations across the organization, leveraging PowerShell/Python for automation and building integrations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and contribute to security projects, SOPs, and on-call production support, within a hybrid IL environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience or 5+ years IT experience.
• 4+ years IAM experience; healthcare experience a plus.
• Industry/security/IAM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage, build, and fulfill user lifecycle requests across identity platforms.
• Resolve Tier 2/3 identity incidents; participate in on-call rotations.
• Support IAM/IGA platforms and assist with solution implementations.
• Collaborate with IT and business units; standardize RBAC and lifecycle workflows.
• Mentor IAM Analyst I, share scripting standards and troubleshooting methods.
• Lead small-to-medium security/identity automation projects.
• Prepare SOPs and contribute to documentation and governance.
