Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking an IAM Provisioning Analyst/Engineer in Malvern, PA. You will partner with business teams, vendors, and risk functions to manage access provisioning, deprovisioning, and governance across the enterprise.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, SailPoint IdentityIQ, AD, AWS, and Azure is preferred, with after-hours support possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IAM, security administration, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; can work independently through ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate between business needs and technical requirements.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and security controls within an enterprise environment.
• Willingness to support global operations, including after-hours or weekend on-call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with banking teams, vendors, risk and control partners to support IAM provisioning and access management.
• Manage IAM processes: role design, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.
• Translate business needs into technical access solutions; communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Resolve complex access issues using a risk-based approach and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support third-party financial services apps by managing user access and security controls.
