Job summary

Centene is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our IAM program and support access provisioning, troubleshooting, and reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and optimize IAM solutions across large, cross-platform projects.

The role emphasizes scripting, security best practices, and maintaining operating procedures. This position offers flexible work arrangements including remote, hybrid, and office support in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years of related IAM experience.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field or equivalent.
• Experience with application access provisioning and Active Directory.
• Experience with customer service and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Participates in ongoing IAM program development and deployment.
• Automates and optimizes IAM processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure integration quality.
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends and standards.
• Designs and deploys high availability IAM solutions for large projects.
• Develops technical design documents and SOPs.
• Gathers data, tracks metrics, and analyzes trends for continuous improvement.
• Triages changes and remediates issues as needed.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
