Job summary

Centene is seeking an IAM Specialist to support access management, provisioning, and advanced IAM processes across multiple business areas. The role focuses on automating workflows, maintaining security standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of IAM experience, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with CyberArk/SailPoint. This position offers diverse schedules including remote, hybrid, or on-site work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field and 2–4 years of related IAM experience.
• Experience with application access provisioning and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with CyberArk and SailPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in ongoing IAM program development and deployment.
• Automates and optimizes IAM processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated designs.
• Designs, builds, implements, and deploys high-availability IAM solutions for large projects.
• Develops and documents standard operating procedures, IAM standards, and technical design documentation.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
