- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates in partnership with technical leads.
- Lead project governance boards and steering committee reviews.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate across infrastructure, security, application, architecture, operations, and business teams.
- Manage project dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder concerns proactively.
- Provide technical project leadership for IAM platform implementations involving technologies such as Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt, Active Directory, PAM, and IGA solutions.
- Track technical workstreams across solution design, build, testing, validation, and deployment.
- Partner with architects and engineers to ensure solutions meet technical requirements and established standards.
- Coordinate quality assurance, security testing, and compliance validation.
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and execute change management plans supporting organizational and technology transitions.
- Plan and manage implementation cutovers, rollback strategies, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned.
- Support training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for operations and support teams.
- Develop and coordinate operational runbooks and procedures for new IAM capabilities.
- Monitor team readiness and operational handoffs.
- Track project performance metrics, including schedule variance, budget variance, scope adherence, and value realization.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve IAM project delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or technical delivery roles.

- Strong working knowledge of IAM platforms and architectures, including Okta, Active Directory, PAM, and IGA.
- Deep understanding of identity governance, identity lifecycle management, access controls, and compliance controls.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑team enterprise initiatives through implementation and delivery.
- Experience managing IAM platform migrations, implementations, or significant configuration changes.
- Advanced project management capabilities across planning, scheduling, budgeting, scope management, and risk management.
- Ability to translate technical architecture and requirements into business and operational context.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive‑level communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
