Job summary

PNC is seeking a Security Specialist for Workforce Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) to partner with security, engineering, and business teams. Based in Pittsburgh, this role drives IAM product ownership, governance, and analytics to ensure secure workforce access across the organization, leveraging SailPoint, Saviynt, and Oracle OIM.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate complex requirements, and support policy development while aligning with security

Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Identity and Access Management (WIAM) platforms and IAM governance.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in IAM-related roles; strong understanding of identity lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the WIAM and WI governance product and technology backlog with engineering teams.
• Support strategy, roadmap, and delivery of WIAM/IGA platforms and drive improvements in identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• Act as product owner for IAM tools and capabilities within the enterprise.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and collaborate with engineering and architecture teams.
• Support delivery planning across Kanban and Agile workflows and document security considerations.
