Job summary

PNC is seeking a Security Specialist to drive Workforce Identity Management (WIAM) and Governance initiatives in Pittsburgh. The role partners with security, engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure secure, compliant workforce access across the organization.

You will work with SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle OIM and related IAM solutions, owning backlog, shaping roadmaps, and guiding provisioning/deprovisioning, access requests, and lifecycle controls.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IAM lifecycle and access governance processes.
• Experience with defining and managing product backlogs for IAM platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and security governance practices.
• Ability to translate complex security requirements into clear work items.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage WIAM and WI governance product/backlog with engineering teams.
• Drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery for IAM platforms.
• Serve as product owner for IAM tools and capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to define requirements.
• Support delivery planning across Kanban and Agile workflows.
• Create documentation and review security concepts and controls.
