Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks a Lead IAM Systems Analyst to act as Product Owner for the Identity & Access Management domain, driving daily operations and strategic evolution with expert IAM knowledge.

This role bridges business stakeholders and IAM Engineering, managing SailPoint lifecycle and prioritizing Jira work, incidents, and enhancements across integrations with Workday, Okta, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in an Information Services environment.
• 4+ years focused on Identity and Access Management.
• Advanced understanding of IAM platforms and governance.
• Experience leading IAM projects with SDLC guidance.

Responsibilities

• Act as daily IAM product owner for governance, scheduling, and provisioning in SailPoint (CAPS) or similar.
• Lead IAM engineering scope, prioritize Jira items, and oversee sprint deliverables.
• Coordinate IAM incidents, requests, and enhancements with business owners and tech teams.
• Guide SDLC-compliant design, troubleshooting, and requirement gathering for IAM projects.
• Collaborate with Workday P&C, Epic, Lenel, Okta, Exchange Online and other systems.
