Job summary

LPL Financial in Tempe, AZ seeks AVP, Product Manager for Identity & Access Management to define and deliver IAM capabilities across advisors, employees, and clients.

You will collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, operations and risk to translate requirements into priorities, oversee epics, features, and user stories, and drive secure, scalable access experiences for a complex enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related role within technology-enabled environments.
• 3+ years of experience working in agile delivery environments with backlog management, prioritization, or product execution.
• Experience translating business needs, user feedback, and technical constraints into product requirements and stories.
• Experience collaborating with technology, security, operations, risk, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities aligned to business objectives and risk.
• Define product requirements and translate priorities into actionable plans with cross-functional teams.
• Own prioritization of features, enhancements, defects, and dependencies for IAM capabilities.
• Create and maintain epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
• Serve as primary product partner for Scrum teams supporting IAM capabilities.
• Support delivery through backlog management, release planning, and readiness activities.
• Gather feedback to inform product decisions and roadmap tradeoffs.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain alignment on priorities and timelines.
