Job summary

Cisco is seeking an Engineering Product Manager to advance access controls within the IAM/IGA platform. You will craft and optimize policies across PlainID and SailPoint, ensuring scalable, secure access across enterprise systems.

You will lead roadmap development, CI/CD enhancements, and release planning while collaborating with IT, security, and business teams to translate complex needs into effective policy solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in cybersecurity with IGA, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC familiarity.
• Hands-on with SailPoint, PlainID or similar PBAC systems and policy languages (XACML/REGO).
• Experience with enterprise tech like Snowflake, AirFlow, SFDC, BigQuery, Mulesoft, REST, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop roadmap for onboarding enterprise apps onto the central IAM/IGA platform.
• Plan feature delivery (SoD checks, training mandates, bulk approvals) and platform initiatives (infra, CI/CD).
• Design and manage policy-based access controls using PlainID to meet business needs.
• Own release schedule for the IGA platform and run Go/No-Go meetings with customers.
• Manage CI/CD pipeline as a product and improve speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business to translate requirements into policy solutions.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information through policy enforcement.
