Position Summary
The Principal, IAM Platform Operations serves as the senior technical and operational authority for Northern Trust's Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. This role is responsible for driving platform stability, operational strategy, service maturity, automation, and technical governance across Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, Non-Human Identity, and AI-Agent Identity services. The Principal partners across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, and Technology Operations to ensure IAM services are secure, resilient, scalable, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
